My internet has been sucking lately and finally I was able to get some connection.(Now changing the subject)...Cut-Off tees are coming back, but I'm not quite ready to wear it exposing my tummy. lol. So I decided to pair with a black high waisted bandage skirt. Enjoy the outcome!

Yes the growing trend of cut off tops. I think you look splendid in your own interpretation. I wouldn't also bare my own midriff. Far to out of shape for that lol :)
