Haha, we always want what we don't have. So sad, but I guess it's just human nature. We had a heat wave here and everyone was bitching about it and now it's a regular cold San Francisco spring again! Personally, I don't mind being hot.
At least the weather gives you a chance to show off your cute skirts! And even though you have really pretty hair (it would be a shame to get rid of it) I think if you want to cut it off, you should. You'll always wonder what it would look like if you don't do it!
