Because I am close to my due date, I have been staying with my Mom since I want her to be with me in the delivery room. In the mean time, Kevin's in New Jersey working on our kitchen and nursery, and  drum roll please:::: My dressing room! I can't wait to see it all. I'm just so excited for life and everything else that yet to come. This is not me bragging, this is just me incredibly happy and grateful for all that we have been blessed with, even when we complain about things that we don't have. I miss you baby!

PS.  I am really enjoying wearing flats. Heels will probably make a comeback until fashion week.

38 weeks now and just playing the waiting game. I know, I know the baby will come out when he is ready, but I'm sure you can understand how anxious I am. I want to kiss him, smell him, play with his feet, etc.

If you follow me on Instagram, you should know that I am now full term and could be shooting Gavin out any day now.  I think I have officially given up on heels. My belly has dropped a bit and it feels too heavy to walk around in heels, especially when I've been doing a lot of walking. 

Now lets talk about this weather. I am certainly happy that the heat wave is over. These past days were awful for me and I'm sure for every pregnant woman.  I did however have a good time with Kev's family that came down from North Carolina. They're just super sweet!

How did you handle this heat wave? If you were at the pool or beach, you suck. :-)

YELLOW KIMONO

Tomorrow I will be 37 weeks, which is now considered full term. I guess it could be any day now.
I know my baby will come out when he's ready, but it would be amazing if I went into labor while my family was still here. A girl can wish. 

Anyway, I can't believe I've gone through my whole pregnancy without maternity clothes.
Kinda happy about that, now I won't be stuck with clothes that I can't wear anymore. There are few pieces that I will be able to wear in the Fall, but I really cannot wait to wear my jeans. I sure do miss my skinny's.
