HAPPY THANKSGIVING

As I sit here on a full size bed, (where Kevin decided to leave me in the middle of night because I wasn't leaving him any space) I am thinking of all the things I am thankful for. (Also trying share my Sunday outfit, while K-love is on daddy duty)

I try every day to think positive because there is always someone out there that has it worse. But sometimes that is very hard especially when you've had some hard times like I did. I have definitely come a long way and I have to pat myself in the back for that.

Having Gavin and Kevin in my life is such a huge blessing. If I didn't have them I don't know how I would've ever pulled through. ( getting emotional as I write this. I am such a cry baby) Not to mention the friends I have in my life that also offered a helping hand when I needed them the most.

And last but not least, my beautiful mother. I am so thankful she is alive today. So many nights I cried myself to sleep because I thought I was so close to losing her, but The Lord chose a strong Mother for me.

Guuys! I lost another 5 pounds. (Bye Felicia) Now I'm afraid I'll gain them back this holiday weekend, because you just don't pig out on Thanksgiving. Right? Will have to work on self control.

Anyway, with that said I am wearing this old Zara skirt that did not fit me last year. Okay, byeeeee.

Now you see my love for turtlenecks was not a joke, but lets not talk about them anymore. Lets talk about my new boots by MJBMJ! I was eying them for a while, but because of the online mixed reviews I was afraid of getting the wrong size and I hate returning/exchanging things. I don't know why, I just hate it. Anyway, my one and only K Love surprised me with them and he made the choice of getting a half size bigger and I'm glad he did because they fit perfectly. I know I say this about every new purchase, but I do love them! I mean why would I get something I didn't love right?

Oh and now my little chunkers is walking and I am loving every minute of it!

I love turtleneck sweaters, especially oversized ones, which you will see in the upcoming posts.

I remember wearing my Moms oversized turtlenecks, her skinny Edwin jeans (Even though I had a tiny ass) and my 54.11 Reeboks to school. I really thought I was hot. Haha Now I am thinking that maybe I should get a pair of Reeboks? Will have to think about that, but for now enjoy this outfit instead.
