HAPPY HALLOWEEN
10.31.2016
Yesterday we went to the Halloween Parade here in New jersey and it was a blast. Gavin was the Joker from Suicide Squad, but before I spray painted his hair Green, he looked like he was from the TLC show Toddlers & Tiaras. And guess what?! He won first place for best costume! Cha-Ching!
By the end of the parade we were all tired and hungry. ( just look at his face in the photo, mean mugging) I just wanted to get home, bathe Gavin and remove all my makeup and shower, but of course my little Joker fell asleep on the way home. It was quite painful to wake him up, but I couldn't let him stay asleep like that.
Tomorrow will be round 2, we'll be trick or treating!
Or as Gavin says "Trick or treat, smell my feet, give me happy halloween"
I don't correct him, I like his version. :-)
HAPPY HALLOWEEN! And stay safe.

BABY & JOHNNY CASTLE
10.26.2016
So this is my Baby costume from Dirty Dancing. The shoot didn't exactly turn out the way I wanted. Kevin got out of work late and by the time he was ready to shoot the lighting sucked. Then my little Johnny Castle wasn't into it, he just wanted to run, which is understandable, after all he is a 3 year old boy. Also hate that I wore a white bra! Anyway, hope you guys like this one and my attempt to dirty dance. :-)
JO STOCKTON | FUNNY FACE
10.24.2016
In the spirit of Halloween I decided to play dress up, so I went on Pinterest and searched for some last minute costumes. A lot of Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany's came up, but everyone always does that one. Then I remembered I had an Audrey Hepburn 4 DVD movie set. I saw Funny Face and Jo Stockton it was! The best thing about this "costume" is I didn't have to buy a damn thing. So if you're out of ideas give this one a shot.
I have another classic costume up my sleeves and I won't have to buy a damn thing for this one either. But you'll have to stay tuned for that one. I will try to incorporate Gavin into this one and I think it will be super cute!
If you have any more movie characters costume ideas, I'd love for you to share them with me.
I am having too much fun!
